A DOCUMENTARY ABOUT SAINT JUDE THADDEUS

For more than 10 years Tomas López from Hermosillo, Sonora has been entrusted with building chapels for prayer and praise to San Judas Tadeo, his mission is to improve the marginalized neighborhoods of the city, uniting communities through faith and miracles that they say has fulfilled them.

This short documentary tells you the story and mission of Tomás through the experiences of those who now guard his chapels, as well as the change that becoming custodians of these chapels has represented in their lives.

the work that was done

Being this our first documentary project "las capillas de tomas lopez" represented a great challenge for the whole team, we had to carry out research on this style of video, as well as plan and anticipate during pre-production all the possible factors so that filming was successful, including extensive research on the subject (in this case, the life, death and impact on the world of the apostle San Judas Tadeo).


The shooting lasted a total of 3 days, recorded with two cameras and with a DRONE as support for B-roll shots, one of the challenges encountered was the sound, this being one of our first projects where sound was the main factor to take into account, professional sound was rented for a better result.
